About

“I provide skilled support to help cope with new environments”

Re-introduction into a new social life at any stage in life can be frightening.

Making a transition, coping with change is hard and gets even harder the more we age. Difficult conversations require strategic communication that is near impossible for a close family member to deliver. I provide skilled support to help cope with new environments, caregivers and new social situations.

We all get older. Today, our aged community are experiencing social changes that are new and challenging.

Economic or physical strains may have changed your family dynamics. Your aging parents/partner may need to re-locate, move to managed living or may need you to take care of them.

Your loved one may be experiencing loneliness. loss of their spouse, empty nest, their familiar social circle is getting smaller.

I introduce the conflict conversation with guidance, honest caring and an undeniable respect for autonomy. I have found that by making house calls and providing strategic support, families benefit by getting through the crisis transition as humanely as possible. Even those in assisted living or skilled nursing homes benefit from transitional coaching.
